This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and enough sleeping for 10 guests which includes the queen sleeper sofa in the second living room throughout this 2014 sq. ft. of stylishly appointed living space. This delightful residence is a fantastic lodging choice for families, friends or couples traveling together. Everything you need to feel as comfortable as possible for the duration of your stay is supplied, from air conditioning and wireless internet access to in-unit laundry machines and a spacious kitchen, newly updated master shower and new tile floor through out. This home also features two living room spaces with additional sleeping accommodations.
Look forward to tranquil mornings spent sitting outside, where you can lounge on the patio furniture, sip a hot cup of coffee and admire pleasant views of the lush backyard, private and pool and putting green. For guests that wish to have the pool heated in the cooler months there is a $75 per day fee to have the pool heat turned on.

This charming home is ideally situated in a very convenient location, minutes away from TPC Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Paradise Valley Mall, and Mayo Clinic. There are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks close by; as well as the Barret-Jackson Auto Show and the Arabian Horse Show help each year at Westworld in Scottsdale. For a fun outing, Scottsdale has much to offer such as a Top Golf, Butterfly Wonderland, OdySea Aquarium and many more.
If you're in the mood for outdoor activities, Reach Recreation Area is a great place to walk and ride bikes only minutes from the house. Nearby is the adventurous North Mountain Preserve and Camelback Mountain for hiking with picturesque views. A security deposit of $500 or more will be collected for summer stays with a length of 21 days or more during the months of April - October. Depending on the website you use to book your stay, you may need to provide a credit card directly to our office for the deposit if it applies. During the months of April - October our tenants are responsible for any electric use overage that exceeds $100 per month. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy when the house is not being occupied and to allow for our monthly rental rates for summer stays to be lower. If there is an overage on the usage it will be taken from the deposit. If usage exceeds the deposit amount the tenant is responsible for the cost of the overage.
