Home is fully furnished with oversized leather chairs and couches, dining room tables, desks, beds, mattresses and drawers, movie theatre seating, outside seating. Home is move-in ready complete with pillows and bedding, rugs, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, pans, dishes and flatware, beach towels - you need or want more, just ask. Owner lives on the same block and is friendly and helpful, definitely not a jerk :-) Owner’s private chef lives on the same block also and is friendly and helpful, maybe a little bit of a jerk :-) HOA takes care of most lawn work, leaf blowing. Sprinkler system handles watering (I help sometimes). Pool service is scheduled weekly and maid service is weekly or bi-weekly - your choice. My trainer does not live on the same block but he’s nice enough to pick up something for you or even add you to his training schedule. Front office is large enough to set up as a guest bedroom and I have 3 pull out bed couches (queen, full and twin) that you can use if needed. Bunk beds available upon request. This area has a large park across the street with sand volleyball court, tennis courts, paved and unpaved trails for running or biking, several restaurants and movie theaters or just borrow some DVDs from me and watch them in your very own movie theater in your home. I prefer Marvel movies, my partner is into independent and smart films - yuck - but you can borrow anything you’d like. Downtown Dallas is 20 minutes away and is filled with high end shopping and pretentious luxury. Downtown Fort Worth is 20 minutes away and is filled with award winning museums.
